With our team, we do market analysis to study the demand and competition in order to have more clear ideas before starting to look for products and suppliers. 

Finding the supplier that produces the cheapest while respecting the highest product quality. At LISHI we advise to look for two or three suppliers in China that offer the same product or process and in the end choose the most suitable one.

By visiting the factory in China and testing samples on site, we prevent possible problems and guarantee the quality of the products and the suppliers themselves.

We will sign a confidentiality agreement and try to protect our know-how, but the more information we give about our business idea, the more chances of success we will have in manufacturing in China

 

Cost negotiation

Through market and raw material analysis, after reaching an agreement with the customer on the target price, we sit down with the factory to negotiate costs in the local language to improve FOB prices.
